How to Make Pillow on SketchUp

In this tutorial I will explain to you how to make pillow like picture below by using SketchUp.
This tutorial is very easy and if you following this tutorial you can upgrade your skills in creating 3D models in SketchUp.

Before we start this tutorial, you must install this bellow plugin tool on your SketchUp.

1. Artisan SDS
2. Vertex tool
3. Fredo Scale
4. Soap and skin bubble tool

Step 1
Make a square as shown in the picture below

Step 2

Make rectangle like image as below on the side of the pillow and place it lined up on all sides of the pillow

Step 3

Do as in step 2 on the bottom side and unite as shown in the picture below

Step 4

Make editing using fredo scale tool  so the shape on the edge of the pillow looks random.

Step 5
Use  vertex tool to make the shape on the side of the pillow look more random. slide up and down or right and left as you want.

Step 6
Use subdivided and smooth tool   to make smoother shape. if shape not look natural, you can undo this command and do editing again to the shape.

Step 7

Shape picture above is fix, so i use undo command and unite all 4 side shape like picture bellow.

Step 9
Use subdivided and smooth tool  for all shape on 4 side of the pillow

Step 10
Use the soap and skin bubble tool on both sides of the pillow to make the pillow appear bulging like the picture below

Step 11
Make editing using  sculpt tool  to make shape on 4 side of the pillow more random.
